No fishing, water skiing, or smoking. Driver Must be 21. All passengers under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times. Rental boats and paddleboards are prohibited on the Spokane River, St Joe River, and Coeur d'Alene River.
Cancellations Policy:
Any cancellations with 72 hours' notice before departure will not incur any cancellation fees. Any cancellations less than 72 hours before departure notice are subject to a $100 fee. Any cancellations less than 48hrs before departure are subject to a $200 fee. If a boat reservation is canceled in less than 24hrs or on the day of the scheduled departure or the renter doesn't show, the renter is responsible for 100% of the boat rental fee.
All cancellations must be confirmed with an agent of Resort Boat Rentals via email or live on the phone. Voicemails do not count as confirmed reservation cancellations unless an agent has called and confirmed.
Resort Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to inclement weather conditions. Any weather conditions that the marina considers dangerous to boating safety will be grounds for cancellation. In the event that Resort Boat Rentals decides to cancel any reservations are canceled due to weather, the customer will not be charged for the rental. Customers who cancel and Resort Boat Rentals does not feel the conditions are unsafe; the renter is still responsible for the fees.
Resort Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to technical malfunction or breakdown of the vessels without notice. In the event that reservations are canceled due to mechanical failures, the customer will not be charged for the rental.
